  1. What classes/subclasses are you really hoping for?

  2. Necromancy is one I’m looking forwards to. Not everyone who practices necromancy is evil and it’s not an evil school of magic. It’s just used that way and to be fair every school of magic can be just as ‘evil’

  3. I'm wondering if it will allow point buying to customize a character's six stats or if it has unalterable defaults.
I really want to make my DEX-based half-elf outlander oath of ancients PLD. But if it generates the stats based on race and class, that won't work.

  4. Personally i’m wishing for Bladesinger, Hexblade and the Psionic classes from Tasha’s, still i know how unlikely that is, so as long as they add Bladesinger (more specifically the Tasha’s version of it) and Hexblade i’ll be satisfied (also they need to add the blade cantrips from SCAG, in order to have full support for a Gish playstyle).

  5. Honestly I'm pretty disappointed that despite 5E's relatively simple characters, the devs are being pretty stingy about what they're including in the game. Other games using much more complex systems and having far smaller budgets (like Owlcat's Pathfinder games) manage to include enormously more options.

  6. Sorcerer and Paladin class are musts for me (esp Sorcerer) I really want these two classes in the game at launch. The others would be nice too of course, but these are just iconic must haves.

  7. RE: Sorcerer – Wild magic may make for good tabletop role playing, but I'd say the mechanic is bad for a video game where there's less flexibility to responding to things going bad, which kills the fun of it. So I'm hoping they go with literally anything else.

  8. 1. Hexblede for Warlocks – from Xanathar's Guide
    2. Aberrant Mind Sorcerrer – from Tasha's Couldron.
Hexblade is my favorite subclass and abbeant mind fit perfect for story of BG3.
