First of, MLB organization forced Sony's hand. The MLB game will most likely
look different and have graphical/feature advantages on the ps5 compared to the Xbox. Also, due to this MLB launch on xbox, Sony will no longer develop sports games in the future, because they wouldn't want any sports organization (NBA, MLB, fifa, e.t.c) to force their hand in the future which probably led to this nonsense.

Sony probably have no choice. There were rumours and "inside sources" that mentioned MLB Games wanted their games to be on more platforms, so Sony had no choice but to sign or walk away and lose the license. MLB Games are the ones who are reportedly publishing the Xbox One version, so if that's true it's clear that Sony aren't happy about this, but didn't want to lose a major License. Yeah I agree Sony fanboys should be upset with Jim Ryan and not because MLB is coming to Xbox, or even that it's coming to Game Pass. They should be upset that this game isn't coming to PS+ or PS Now.

It's worse than people realise – Microsoft have both the Series and One version on Gamepass – while on PS, if you have a PS4 if you buy the $60 version if you're on the PS5 you buy the $70, if you want both version you buy the $85 version – finally, if you didn't buy the $85 version and you bought the $60 version for your PS4 and now you got the PS5 you have to pay $70 for the upgrade – meaning it's going to cost people who upgrade from the PS4 to the PS5 either $85 or $130 lmao.
