  1. I will address this real quick. So why is the dog not rainbow in the kill animation? Here's a complicated explanation:
To be honest, I haven't figured it out yet. The knife kill has a total of 144 separate images that make up the animation. On top of that, there's another 48 for which costume you use. Because there's 9 costumes, that's an extra 432 images on top of 144. So now you have 576 images to edit for one kill animation. This is also the reason why there is no custom kill animations in the game and has been addressed in a Q&A video I believe. I know it was answered by the dev.

In conclusion; to change part of a kill animation, you need to edit 576 separate images, and that's a bit too much effort to add a new kill animation. I hope Among Us 2 has a better way of implementing custom animations.

So how did I make the dog rainbow?
I edited 14 images, and had to edit the pet sprite sheet (the thing responsible for making the pets, pets.). That was tedious. Then I had to save it all. In total, it took me 2 hours to figure it out.
So, if it took me 2 hours to figure out this simple edit, I couldn't imagine editing 576 images.

    Here's the simple explanation:
576 images to edit is not fun.
