The beginning is amazing just like the web series they made
I enjoyed it but aye faltered in the middle. The Scorpion and sub zero plot would've been a better stand alone film
Too much parallel action can ruin a film's third act. I have this particular issue with a lot of Nolan films.
Watched it last night, and completely agree, first act was great. Second and third acts not good at all. The 1995 movie still the best I think. Watched Bloody Mary today by the way, and you're right, it's a good film, really enjoyed it 🙂
I was so looking forward to this movie and while i like it, i still felt letdown after and the more i think about it… the less i like it so seeing other people that i wouldn't expect to like it at all rate it higher then me just has me baffled… Entire movie felt like a first act and yet key characters are killed off way to early and specially since there's apperently 4 sequels planned. Shang Tsung was bad, not enough scorpion vs. sub-zero AND NO ACTUAL TOURNAMENT.
