  1. Thanks, well spoken and summed it up simply. A little too large yeah, but i think 42 inch would be better than 32. I find 32 inch good but have to move too close to look at details. 48 inch I guess you would move your head too much to look at corners? 42 inch doesn't sound like much difference to 48, but moving your head is annoying and thats what you have to do to look at sides an extra 2 inches away. 42 inch would be right on the limit for seating distance to see all the detail of 4k — 2 feet. A 32 inch monitor I'd have to sit 1.5 feet away.

  2. Thank you so much for making this video. I keep going back and forth between the G9 and the LG CX 48". I know the G9 had its issues but was really interested in the super ultrawide immersion. Couldn't find any videos that really compared the two at all. I was leaning towards the CX at this time but this really helped me to hear someone's actual experience with both. Subscribed!

  4. Is that Pro Motion mode on the TV good? Makes it a quarter brightness cos it leaves the pixels on a quarter of the time (2ms instead of 8ms). Should be heaps sharper, in motion but not sure if a quarter brightness is usable ? 😀

  5. Anyone using an OLED for pc gaming is a dummy. With a monitor you have superior input latency that a OLED tv cannot provide. OLED tv monitor is fine for a casual or console gamer. But I am not dealing with 12ms input lag when my monitor has about 2ms

  6. The lg cx is amazing also have one. Only thing im scared of is burn in. I vary my content, but i have heard that it doesnt matter if you do this. Because burn in is cumulative.

  7. I know people who have both monitors. They just want the two together because it makes more sense. Some games look way better on the G9 and other games look much better and sharper on the CX. That's for PC games of course. For console gaming, CX is the better option of course
