This doesn't change the fact that there are 40 million penguins in the Southern hemisphere, so realistically if all of penguins in the southern hemisphere band together and surprise attack Swaziland after crossing South africa, they could invade the country of Swaziland with a 40-1 ratio, as there are only 1 million people living in the country of Swaziland. Therefore, with a bit of planning, advanced logistics, a few years of training and guerilla tactics, if all the penguins in the southern hemisphere banded together to attack Swaziland they could defeat the nation and create their own penguin empire, a terrifying thought isn't it.
