Friday Night Funkin’ is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.

The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn’t approve of him. It’s up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

Friday Night Funkin’ is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content.   12. At some point, the effect of shaking the interface and the environment has become so common that it already knocks out of listening and viewing the local scene. Also I didn't quite understand what the plot was? I'm not arguing that it doesn't have to exist, but I see GF singing the fourth (?) song with Gumball, as if it were a performance. I understand that there is no specific connection to the situation, and actions can occur unrelated, but is GF worried about his life? The song itself is performed as usual at a height, but the visualization twists a little in the eyes (shaking the arrows and the environment), while the glitch effect itself is well implemented

  19. This is very good, I like it! It’s impressive how you keep making the most absolute banging BANGERS!

    Also, if I ever learned how to make an FNF mod, I would totally do the most incomprehensible crossover. Blue Archive and… Friday night foundation! But sadly I’m not exactly skilled at this kind of thing.
