  1. By releasing a game like this a console becomes literally a gambling machine. And gambling machines are forbidden in the Netherlands unless you have a specific permit for it. This permit is only provided if you are a casino owner or have some kind of attraction at the fair. This is different for PC builders, because that is an open platform. And making a illegal gambling machine is only to blame on the person building the machine and selling it. But allowing gambling games on your console means that you directly build and distribute gambling machines including to youngsters under 18. Because their is no age restriction on buying these machines. Console developers cannot throw up the argument of it being an open platform since not everyone is allowed to make a game for it without the console manufacturers permission. Meaning that they indeed control all the content on their platforms. Therefore they agree with gambling on their platform. If age and other kinds of juridical restrictions apply to games, than why doesn't it on gambling? Governments need to deal with this situation very fast and make laws that forbid this. It is the only way to solve this problem. And ban companies that are trying to find different ways to get around the rules and laws. Just blacklist these companies.

  2. Can I just say that they chose the weirdest way of labelling rarity in their cards. "Galaxy Opal"? "Pink Diamond"? Really? Granted it makes for a funny watch whenever someone yells "I got a Galaxy Opal!"
