  1. Kerenzikov is definetly a must have for the speed dodge glitch, and synaptic accelerator is usually my 2nd choice since its almost like using sandevistan, although the legendary one needs 20 reflexes even the epic one is pretty good

  2. I can't say for certain, but I feel like the synaptic accelerator is meant to give you a split second between being detected and starting the cool down timer. It could be good game design so that, if a enemy catches a momentary glimpse of you at the edge of their loosely defined visual cone, the game doesn't waste your cool down on something you didn't need it for in the first place. Of course I say 'could be good game design' because it could be another example of Cyberpunk's beautiful gank at work, but until proven otherwise, I'm willing to give the designers credit for this one.

  3. Is this game worth buying again since the new update fix I really love this game but what was stopping me from continuing playing it was the bugs not so much glitches but definitely the bugs

  4. I managed to increase evasion to 2 at one point by means of uncommon Footloose clothing mods as well as high reflex.
The number stayed with me for a couple of gigs until I switched a piece of clothing. Then it reverted to 1 and I couldn't make it increase anymore.
Alas, I also cannot confirm or deny if it worked at all. Combat is too chaotic, enemies do many random things as do I. Never really focused on monitoring the numbers to see if there was a noticeable change.

  5. I have been able to get my evasion to at least show "2" by using either the vanishing point perk (25% evasion for 6 seconds after dodging with a handgun or pistol) or the legendary Neofiber. Character 50, reflex 20, cool 20 (7% evasion from stealth). My netrunner can also get there with 10 reflex, the uncommon neofiber (6%) + the 7% from stealth, and vanishing point active (also lvl 50).

Stacking the perk, cyberware, and throwing in 5.7 evasion from footloose on the 20 reflex character it stays at 2 though.

Fiddled around with letting VDB shoot me for about an hour with different setups, and there wasn't an obvious effect in TTL (or maxdoc in this case). I did record some of it to go back and filter per-shot data (the periodic dodging results in some non-evasive misses), but it feels like if it were really going from 20something % to 70something % evasion it shouldn't need squinting to see.

My guess is for whatever reason the decimal is in the wrong place and the reported evasion is actually a % and if you add enough to base evasion you can just nudge its rounding to 2%.

  6. The problem is CDPR trying to make their dated game engine run on old gen consoles and also scale up to latest gen PC hardware. They are busily turning off almost anything and everything that might require extensive processing power and "streaming" of data – things such as hit and/or evasion calculations – in order to allow old gen consoles to display their overly ambitious "open world". (overly ambitious for old gen consoles that is).

And yes it IS a dated game engine, evidenced by the fact that the same tools used to mod The Witcher 3 needed only minimal updating – within a few days – in order to begin "hacking" CP2077.

  7. Thanks for all the hard work testing this. My build is a hybrid quickhack/combat, so that rules out Sandevistan.

I gotta say I too have been a bit underwhelmed by Kerenzikov. I thought it would let me execute a slow-mo slide-and-shoot or slide-and-slice but no. It seems to be limited to positioning and I'm not finding it very useful. Unless I'm doing it wrong.

Whereas Synaptic Accelerator is, as you say, a life-saver at any quality.

  8. Re: Evasionโ€” Iโ€™m wondering if itโ€™s glitched or perhaps it does something different than we think. I.e., maybe it lessens the chance of enemy critical hits or headshots?

P.S. Really wishing that you included all the ripperdoc locations for the legendary versions. But I see other YTers have done it so no worries.

P.P.S. I think you need the Divided Attention perk under the Athletics tree in order to shoot, etc., during dodges.

  9. Hey vKarma (IMO that should be your name for these vids ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ) But the reason why I am typing this comment is because of all of the videos on these subjects in the game Cyberpunk – 2077. There is only ONE single person that has doing these tests correctly and that person is you. So i wanna thank you for your time and effort and please do keep this up because I find it very helpful and interesting to watch. So thanks for making such a wonderful video and I hope that there will be more in the near future greetings from the Netherlands. Macspacey Out !!!!!

  10. You know how sometimes blue line flashes on your screen when dodging?
I think that's an evasion indicator.
If you're dodging and get tagged, the blue indicator will flash and you won't receive any damage.
I think passive evasion means that there's a higher chance the blue indicator will trigger even while not actively dodging (because I think it happened to me before).
The problem is it's hard to interpret the meaning of the evasion stat. Does 15% mean 15% of all hits will miss? or does that mean a 15% increase on the base evasion rate (which we don't even know what the rate is, what does "1" mean on the stat page? 1 percent?)
I swear we need some unit of measurement on the stat page. because as of now the stat page only contains numbers with no context.

Ahh, the life of a minmaxer.

  11. Thank you again for such informative content. When there are just a few for a category, I'd appreciate more info on available variants and differences between them and maybe locations? If a category of mods has a dozen different mods then no, but 2-3 would be nice….
