  1. If I was to give Netflix advice. I would say dont try to make a console or games. However there is a huge opportunity in vr technology. I would invest in defi gaming. WHY HASN'T CRYPTO BEEN INTEGRATED IN GAMING YET??

  2. Amazon gaming is terrible. I hear stadia was ok but was terible in the beginning. Im sure netflix will fail as well. The only game streaming I liked was xbox. But even they are limited
Netflix should definitely invest in VR instead

  3. I hope it fails just like Google stadia. Especially because Netflix is too "woke" and liberal af, and Obama has a lot of control over Netflix. I don't even subscribe to Netflix anymore lol it's the worst app of them all just get HBO max

  4. Out of all the largest gaming companies Microsoft has been the only company to do game streaming correctly (as they give you a large catalog of over 130 games (a lot of which are AAA games) for only $5/month with high quality streams). If Netflix does something similar to them, they could definitely pull this off.

  5. Netflix is looking at it all wrong. They should be looking at making a platform for cloud gaming, not trying to develop thier own damn games. Just create controller pads as hardware, and make a platform where users stream games, that is where the money is at. Unless this is infact what they are doing and i have mis interpreted this video.

  6. It will work because if they stream existing games as they do with Movies people will pay, Trying to build games is not what they are trying it takes many years for one game to be made and they need hundreds going to thousands of games….. so do your commun sense there, Stream is the Key *

  7. I wouldn't reallocate resources that are currently for core product development. However, I could see if they had a set of resources allocated towards experimental projects then trying this out under the experimental projects category is not a bad idea.

  8. How tf would that be a bad idea? Four seasons doesn't sell lawn mowers? I think streaming content that entertains is much more compatible than this guy thinks. It has to be done right, for sure its a risk. Not a crazy one

  9. Gamers only want to have complete ownership their games. it gives them the chance to mod them, add things to them. The streaming idea has flopped more times than imagined. The last try was with Google. The idea of streaming games, is, great. But it's going to have serious problems, and serious overhead costs to maintain a service like that for the long haul. Gaming needs to be left alone.

  10. It's interesting but it's an awful idea tbh don't bother unless you've got something that nobody else has then you've got nothing to add just more to lose
