I used skill capped for about 2 months a few seasons back. The 5 division guarantee seems like a well worded scam. There's nothing on the site that checks what your actual rank is nor anything to follow progress. Additionally most of the videos were uploaded to their YouTube channel about a week after they appeared on the site.
While there is some good information on there honestly you are just wasting money subscribing to it. They post most of the relevant information for free
