Chamber isn’t as good for us who like aggressive plays. I tried a few games with him, but I just can’t play aggressively with him and his skills.

I'm no fan of phoenix, they tend to flash team mates and their wall placement tend to cut of team mates. The only thing more annoying is a Sage who keeps walling an area that you want to play.

I would probably put Chamber on the A-tier specifically because of his teleports and eco-round prowess. His teleport is so quick that he can take multiple duels and bail out unscathed (which is annoying af). Also, his eco-round prowess is incredibly strong; imagine having an 8-bullet guardian for 800 credits and a Marshal that can one shot to any part of the body… Sounds OP to me~

How you come to be so pathetic to place viper in A, and cypher in C, your channel and guides are becoming F tier gradually. Dont let that happen
I'm on the fence about Chamber. His problem right now is that his utility isn't very good on attacker side but the rest of his kit is while his ult is counter intuitive for pushing since the slow field affects Chamber and his allies too. With the teleporters, he can sub out the duelist role by taking super aggressive peaks with his Pistol and on the off chance that someone absolutely cracked is on him, his pistol might as well be an 800 cred guardian with really fast draw speed. His eco efficiency is crazy, in full buy rifle rounds, Chamber can just buy full armor, spectre, and 8 shots for his pistol and you effectively have 3 guns for every range at your disposal for a cost of 2400 or less depending on how many bullets you bought.
He's in a tough spot because most of his viability depends entirely on who's piloting him so I'd probably put him on A or B tier myself based purely on how volatile of a pick he is.

on breeze cypher is better than kj cause of his range, cypher's ult can very useful on a bigass map like breeze whereas kj's ult can't even cover the entire site

I am in silver but the chambers in my games have an iq below 10 they are running into my recon darts without breaking them and just stand there when they get scanned and they weren’t throwing because they had very good aim and were being tryhards

Your reasoning for putting Omen at the absolute bottom doesn’t make much sense. In D-Tier, you’re implying that he’s so bad that he has no redeeming or good qualities in his kit. His abilities are solid and have good value. Obviously he’s not as overloaded as Astra but he’s consistent and generally well-rounded across all maps.
The idea that he’s not Astra so he’s bottom tier is beyond lazy that I’m questioning whether you’re taking matchup spread into consideration at all. You realize that’s like saying Raze/Reyna are not Jett so they’re bottom tier right next to Phoenix and Yoru?

Brimstone is really great controller and when you know how to play with his offensive and defensive smokes and molly lineups and ult the sites you will win many games
