i feel like his thing might be using enemy util to spot whoever used the util, itd make sense since they wanna use it againt sova and its meant to be sorta like an anti cypher so he could just spot and arrow or a trip dart to spot the enemy sova or cypher

As an update on this valorant leaks has said that he can have like a totem ability which will help to spot players i dont still know if this is the ult the e ability c ability or the q ability but it seems like c ability if you ask me

The new agent’s name is “cash” and yes he does gather information too but with a cam like ability that you can only use once and it can tag multiple enemies when it is activated, it will also serve as a flash that only affects enemies. My brother works for designs in riot games. You can thank me later
tbh it would be really hard to nerf Sova. All of his util seems pretty balanced, but can do way too much when put into capable hands. Someone tell me a way you actually could nerf him without changing the entire agent playstyle

yeah i heard in some random video and it had valorant lore in it alked about cypher being hacked and that he was a turkish hacker or smthn idk
Bounty Hunter Abilities – (my guess)
1. E – Primary – Gets two opportunities to scan 3-4 feet area, behind walls, clear corners (Cypher trips, cypher cage).
2. Q – Maybe Some stun flashes like Skye.
3. C – Smaller radius kayo knife.
4. X – Ultimate – Can enter the eyes of the nearest enemy agent and see what they see, hear their coms/maps?/a better cypher ult?, 10 – 15 seconds I guess.
A lot of my assumptions are based on the use of the word "intimate" in the notes, Cypher evading options (coz he/she kills him in all trailers), and Sova level intel options which is basically scanning exact locations of enemies.
At this stage, I feel every ability is like a small hack Riot provides LEGALLY for a couple of seconds.

3:42 I was thinking maybe this agent or another agent in the future could have an anti-effect ability, so where instead of suppressing it entirely, it would work against their own team such as the enemy team walking into their own cypher's trip.
