maybe this agents ability is that all bullets that they shoot when the ability is active gets 100% damage through a wall and they can know where people are???
His ultimate could be : 1) Either something like golden gun of spike rush as the last time riot tested twin hunters in spike rush they gave that ability to skye, golden gun may be a test of deadeye's ultimate. 2) Maybe Tracer bulltes ( hit the enemy ones and they will glow behind walls for some time ), this is also being tested in spike rush plus agents name is dead"EYE" that EYE may indicate this. Chances of 2nd point looks better as we have a lot of duelists and having golden gun as an ult looks like it will make that agent duelist. deadeye sound like an initiater and tracer rounds will give players round just like an initiater.
The bullet being in a golden casing it makes me think of the golden gum you get in spike rush, like an ability that gives higher damage for a certain amount of time or a bullet or a round of bullets that give more accuracy ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I think the deadeye's bullet is like the golden gun in spike rush as all the agents ability comes from spike rush like, skye's ult came from twin hunters and many more

I think bullet snapping and changing color from pink to white feels like it flashes upon a hit.
DeadEye sounds more like an accurate aimer but it can also be making your eyes go dead or so to say Flash you.
Think about a Bullet hitting an enemy and flashing at the same time upon impact with the enemy hitbox
I fell like that bullet splitting up is coming from the rail gun deadeye has and is some kinda device
The bullet just looks like Astras arm, unless they're from the same place I don't think the bullet is connected to deadeye
With the name deadeye, I'm scared he's gonna have a McCree like aimbot ult

Deadeye is most likely a sentinel or Initiator.

I think it would be cool for dead eyes bullets to be able to mark enemies when activated like sovas drones or cyphers cam. Kind of like the spike rush ability.
