Because, Every Voiceline have 2-3 tones for them and sometimes they have really different wordings but the meanings are same.

Octane was fine but the thing they needed to do was that he can be heard while flying in the jumpad kinda unnecesary nerf
The passive nerf for octane shouldn’t have happened and the pad nerf should only apply to shadows.

I would've just made Rampart barriers able to be carried on the teams back so a 3rd party couldn't damage you from behind. If they shoot it enough it'll be destroyed

Saying the Bow is a nerf and buff is just wrong, reduced draw time is faster pullback, a buff, and obv the arrow stacks in a buff

The bloodhound one is more quality of life than the Rev one. The pulse sent out us a nerf for sure
