  2. Look at how powerful movement legends are. When fuse was released he was instantly dropped to f tier. We need more legends that can PROPERLY counter movement otherwise wraith horizon and gibby up top for the next 5 years

  29. Is it just me or does that ultimate sound a bit out of place compared to the rest of the kit? :s
    I mean, it synergizes with the passive, since you know when an enemy is low and can rush in and activate the ulti, but why not just shoot them instead? :s In what situation would it be beneficial to ground yourself and do some AOE damage?

    The campions name is PIRAYAH, have him/her send out some damn mechanical pirayahs which chase a marked target. That would synergize with the ability to find the low HP targets and be able to see them around corners from a distance, then you could mark your target and send out a little drone which moves towards your target and does damage by biting/mele attacking. The enemy player could easily shoot down the drone (it should move rather slowly and predictably) but that would stop the enemy from healing, so it would still be very useful.
