Gravity leap base dmg mod > 15% to bleed
i dont like the playstile of moaning winds but, expect of this its not so far from my build, i love it this bleeding and anomali build makes so much fun
@moxsy you are missing big damage potential by not running unstoppable force. This comes on the Pyro gloves sold by Tiago. You stack this with arms of anamaly node and your AP should go up to 400-500k
I ran the same skills, and always seem to be lacking, imo because of golem and I loved golem, at first. Imo the recycle time to keep getting the anomoly boost from golem didn't add up with being able to just about spam impale.
You seem to always be able to have a skill ready with the skill set off, impale, earthquake and the comet skill, but with golem there is a waiting period were there is no skill power coming out. To me this explains why you make up for that with the weapon mod moaning winds.
Not knocking your build but I understand why you need moaning winds to make your build work.

There's no way they don't nerf Moaning Winds. Whether that's numbers or making it not scale. This build will become useless.

Can you do a bleed build not reliant on moaning winds for us please. Because we all know they are gonna nerf it because a bunch of ppl are running x3 MW's mod and 3sec boss melting. I would rather not be reliant on MW so my build doesn't go obsolete once nerfed.

And iam still missing seismic helm and chest.. also iam missing 2nd leap -.-
But the build is crazy.. you can push your dmg crazy

Is there any chance you could do a short video showing you go up against a pack of enemies and breaking down exactly the order of the skills and reloads that you use on which guns. And maybe one against an elite or boss where you just need a ton of single target dmg

Take off the healing Bleed node for Kinetic cooldown. You can also take off Strong Arm for another Bleed node, but that's up to preference. Also, try Power Assimilation – the scaling is nuts. Otherwise pretty solid
@Moxsy is so right. as a dev main ive found the most usefull non fortress mod is that T1 Earths legacy.
Earth's legacy is a must, its especially helpfull with flyers – if you bleed a bird they land, with Earths legacy the quake hits as they hover
Earth's legacy bonus applies in all directions, length width and height.

Was kinda hoping you would skip this build Moxsy. This is for sure going to get the nurf bat, over moaning winds. I like builds that I can try to get the best gear and the build is still around by then.
The problem with all moaning winds builds is that when they "fix" it all of these builds revert back to bad.
Funny I did the same thing with my chest piece……. At the time I felt like the 60% range was testable/changeable, But now it's locked within impale mod
How would Power Assimulation work vs Bloody Boost? Also question regarding the weapon of choice. What makes Anemoi the choice? is it the AP?

I don't play dev yet but thinking about it. I feel like moaning winds should compliment your build, and not revolve around it. This is not it.
The issue I have with gravity leap is that it has a mind of its own. Target an enemy & you’ll end up miles away at a completely different target
They have to fix the game breaking bugs in this game. Last night I lost my main weapon as my game crashed during an expedition and it turned my gun into a level 1 gun. I dont even wanna use this gun I found in fear of it being taken from me. Insane the amount of crazy bugs this game has. Something like that will make people quit. Absolutely unacceptable
So what are you running when they nerf moaning winds? To many people using that as a crutch
