make him activate the tnt, then make him chose a number between 50-100 which ever number he choses he will get banned for that number of days or months.

Make a bedrock cell set his spawnpoint there and Tell every player his location and Tell the players to kill him
Put as Manny boats as you can inside to create entity cramming
Nuke it
banning him is too basic how about you put him in a bedrock prison and hit him with your fist and right before killing him heal him and repeat
Just ban him
1. Turn off his build ability and lock him in a glass cage over his base.
2. tell everyone on the server where his house is.
3. Watch him cry 😈
make his spawn point in a Super deep oceanand whilehe suffocates he will just respawn there and dying over and over maybe trap him
