  3. How do you make the field workers do their job? Im struggling to figure it out… do you have to have a certain building and or tools in the building + seeds and manure?

  4. 21:30 To transport logs in former times, lumberjacks in Germany in the Black Forest built wooden chutes to let the logs slide down the hills in winter, when the chutes were frozen. Then they built dams in small rivers, tied the logs together to form small rafts and waited for the snow to smelt. With enough water, they tore down the dams to let the water carry the rafts into bigger rivers like the river Rhine. There, they tied the logs into big rafts, where you could live on, and sailed down the river to the Netherlands, where they sold the wood. Then, they had to march several hundreds of miles back home, only carrying a few iron parts they needed for the next raftings.

  22. Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet. But the woodshed is supposed to be built in the forest. The workers can only chop wood within a specific radius of the shed. Tier 1 is 50 meters, tier 2 is 100 meters, and so on… So having it in town severely limits the amount of wood they can harvest, if they can only reach a few on the outskirts of town. 🤷‍♂️ Thought you'd like to know.

  24. another possibility to get the iron back to the village is to make a resource storage next to the cave and put your iron in there. The items are shared between recource storages, so you can pick it up in the village again 😉
