I watched a video and the theory was that this twitter was a leak of the new champion's launch skin, not the actual champion themselves. Like the alter egos of KDA and True Damage.
she looks like a mix of lux and zoe
There are three things that she talks the most about.
1. Her cat / cute cats in general > Might be a characteristic from her likes, a part of her personality.
2. The Beach / The Ocean – The Sea / Water – Rain > Almost all the pictures she likes, retweets or posts are about water, rain, the sea, the beach, etc. > Might be the main thing of her kit (What the kit is based on is probably Water)
3. Music > She's an independent artist that posts covers made by her and sometimes she likes/retweets songs that are pretty much about rain.
Resumé
+ Her kit might be based on water element controlled by music/rythm. Kind of a Sona + Nami combination. I think that FOR NOW she DOESN'T have any kind of power. Seraphine will develop a power in the near future and we'll notice it on her Twitter posts.
+ She's a human, so the probability that she knows about the Marai tribe is really low. I think that she had an encounter with an ocean creature/character in her CHILDHOOD and it became a part of her life
+ She has a dreamy persona, which means she's nostalgic and always dreaming about the future. Combined with her love for the ocean and probably the wish to try to recreate that childhood encounter, Seraphine's powers might grow from inside, from a forgotten memory, and that is the key to her entrance into the rift.
It's just my thoughts, I don't believe she has the essence of a champion (At least for now). She's still growing as a character and we'll be able to see her complete self as the time goes by.
