I played Poppy all this season to counter the popular mobile champions, and I found that a team with no dashes happens quite often. Lots of popular soloqueue Marksmen and supports lack dashes (like Jhin), and many champs have "blinks" instead of "dashes". Top lane picks that you see in soloqueue are often dashless too, like Rumble/Darius/Nasus, and many popular midlaners like Xerath and Lux are similar.
It's good to see a new champion who don't have overloaded kit
