  1. Eh, if space marines still were vulnerable to attrition modifiers, they'd be unplayable with the way things are going in these new codexes. I can tool up a lieutenant to do -3 leadership in 6". That puts a ten man intercessor at a 4+ chance to fail morale with 2 casualties.

It gets worse with things like Psian Jakals trait, which doubles the casualty count against morale.

You apply this across an army, you can easily get two or three units of Marines to fail morale. That's as good as a smite against each of them.

  2. Odd comment on not getting as many attacks as space marines when all the units just gained more base attacks. So basically hateful assault that's always on, not just when they're charged.

  3. did the noxious blightbringer lose his aura buffing friendly unit advance? old one: "if a DEATH GUARD unit is within 7" of this model when it Advances, roll two dice and discard the lowest result when determining the distance."

  4. Running Daemons + Tsons + Morty sounds horribly fun.
Imagine Morty 1/2 movement of everyone within 12". Then Doom bolting a key unit for another 1/2, and if you're Cult of Mutation another 1/2 movement. That is a lot of movement control. Or if you really hated one unit, anything with 16" movement or less is moving 2 inches and can't advance.
