I was there 20 years ago, when Devil May Cry Video game first launched, they had a Move called High Time, where the character would pull back his sword and do a jump attack and end with a slam.
If I only had two anemo characters.

I tried it a bit with Chong and Razor and i am saving for the rumored Diluc Banner anyway, just hope the rumor really gets true lol.
But without movement speed increase it is really hard to do. I only get it once in a while trying it that way. Need to test a bit with more anemo Characters. I just wich they would add more fancy ways to combo into the game by normal means. Like why cant we just have a plunge attack out of the normal jump? I mean Link in Zelda can do it…
I do it by accident I always wondered how to do it. By the way…how do you do it? You didn’t really explain. Dash and jump at the same time? Not helpful. I’ve been watching a ton of vids in this and no ones really explains it. Oh well.
Apparently its really good on Xiao because it brings you to a high plunge instantly instead of doing a low plunge

i did it with 2 anemo but sadly i don't have diona. is it possible to do it with it? i can do the dragon strike 70%
but hand tire out after doing 5-7 dragon strikes. i only have medium height characters.
in the frozen talent book domain. i didn't bring any movement speed buff on noelle and i managed to plunge attack a abyss mage shield barrier down. did i step on it's hit box to do that plunge attack?
One correction you can do with catalyst users. I am on mobile and can do with ningguang the trick is you have to be close to enemy like you would if you were using a claymore.

i don't use claymore units at all but might consider using Beidou because i got her recently
c6 amber is an option too if you're lucky to have her, 15% movement speed for 10s after she ults.
I thought Xiao is boring with his plunging attacks but Noelle looks very cool tbh.
I've noticed that sometimes when I'm sprinting and jumping along at the same time I'm getting these boosted (more distance/faster move speed) jumps and it's actually faster than just sprinting alone at the same stamina cost. It seems like you just have to get it started the right way and you can just hold down sprint and keep jumping along.
I haven't tried replicating it on purpose, but it is noticeable even if done unintentionally. I don't know if it's at all related to this, but it doesn't involve attacking at all or hit lag because it happens just from sprinting and jumping along. Also have not noted if it happens easier when I have 2 Anemo characters and am using an adult vs a teen or kid.
