Im pretty new to apex and i like it but in theese 3days its been laggy and not becouse of my wifi but bcs of EA servers but its no that bad but makes my pvp horrible also in lower ranks there are lot of sus people that are cheating and i dont see them banned i would like bettet anticheat and fix the rampage its horrible on console rn

One of the worst issues back there when you used to play diamond 3 in predator lobbies was that when i used to grind ranked, it was horrible. As example of the old system, diamond iv used to play with late plat lobbies and it was actually easy until you hit d3 and it used to turn into complete different game and experience that i couldnt handle at that time and went back into plat lobbies again and then speed run into d3 and repeat. Horrible experience as i couldnt maintain the difference between the two levels, that was a reason i never grinded ranked in that time except s3 and then s7, never bothered to rank as i dont have a team and i wasn’t that experienced that time, many people might be stuck on 10k, but they are learning. Make the ranked system on placement more than kp and they will stop with the stupid pushes. Atleast they can play on the same level for sometime

A lack of demotion in ranked queues takes competitive integrity away. In a hypothetical world where this game didn't have such blatant cheaters and smurfs then we should support demotion. And if you get upset because you lost your rank then get gud.

Can't get mad at ppl smashing the W key at every team they see that's what literally every streamer does and they are perfectly fine doing it until it happens to them then they complain that ranked is getting to apish
Love the ranked split tbh, honestly my team always gets aped anyway regardless so if I can secure enough KP with kills before it happens to keep me from loosing rp so be it. It’s hard out here as a rampart main vs full teams of speed legends

I played apex legends the first day when ppl was on fort night war zone an I got my ass whipped for year never tried to cheat its just apex I practice an watched utubes yall cheater need a life an a girl.. u put in more time to cheat when u can use the same time to get ur game up freaking lames
i actually just got back to apex i was playing it a lot on season 1, and then stopped around when wattson was new/about to come out. I'm liking the rank system a lot, but i also just learned that u cant derank from certain rank. If u want my opinion i think it should be something like "u cant derank before diamond" higher ranks should always be treated bit differently than lower ranks since they are basically 2 different games if u compare lowest and highest ranks, and this goes out to almost every game.
If you're a player who worries about losing their rank if they added deranking into the game, it's because you probably shouldn't be in that rank anyways. If you are a consistent X ranked player then you should be able to remain in X rank even if they added deranking. The players worried about deranking are the same ones who rat their way through plat and diamond so they can get the badge and dive trail to show off for the randoms they queue with no fear of losing those rewards.

kills should give you no points towards your rank, position should be the only way to earn points towards your rank. instead of counting kills as points towards your rank, make kills a separate point system that coincides with your rank. you should earn "skill points" instead of "kill points". skill points could be used as an in game skill based economics system, earning more skill points (and depending on your rank) would give players the ability to purchase different special cosmetics or emotes to use and show off to other players on the battlefield. so basically, each ranking would have their own cosmetics/emotes to be able to own and as your get higher in rankings the cosmetics would get more and more awesome, but to separate skill levels and play styles in the rankings, you would also need more skill points to purchase the higher tier cosmetics (the more you are dominating your rank the more skill points you earn towards being able to purchase cosmetics). if kills don't count towards your rank then teams won't ape each other all game every game: but at the same time if you make a skill based earning system, based on style points earned from getting kills and team wipes, teams would still really wants to fight eachother…but in a smart way that wont screw them out of position and placement. this would give ranked a more competitive feel, it would make playing smart actually worth it, and would make getting kills more worth it… i think this is the only solution for saving ranked and bringing some sort of quality back to apex!
The champion team in ranked should have minus +10 points added to their RP before game like for plat player lose 36, but if they are champion they will lose 26

Every other game has rank demotion and no one complains about it. Valorant, R6, Halo, etc. I think people who are afraid of having rank demotion probably just barely got their rank by ratting, or getting carried, and they probably don't deserve that rank.

So the argument I hear alot against demotions is: "People are risk averse and thus will stop playing ranked once they get hard stuck". which is a fair argument.
I would personally argue that the rank protection is very helpfull for hardstuck/new people which allows them to adjust to higher level play (aka lose a lot). In compensation I would say that you only get rewards for reaching X3 (Bronze 3, Silver 3, Gold 3, Plat 3, Diamond 3). That is to count as Plat you need to get to plat 3, and being in plat 4 counts as if you were still gold. This would mean that there has to be some protection at the X3 level as well (if you've reached it once during the season you'll get the bagde, even if you fall below it later).
This means that people will still play serious, since being at X4 means shit, while also enticing people to push further (if you've made Gold 3, you can make it to plat 4)
On the downside you might want to still reward plat 4 over gold 1
just to let people know predicted's account was actually one he traded for he swapped accounts with the player named ember who dedosed lobbies back in season 8 and 9 so he should of been banned along time ago because the account was already cheated on previously i got this info from friends of him that i wont name
