This means I might actually try the game again. 5 or 6 times I tried to play it seemed upon landing random team mates would grab literally everything and leave me or someone else with nothing which would promptly lead to lopsided early fights

I'm 1000% with it. The armor change was the best change that Apex has ever had, and still would be if Locked and Loaded becomes the norm, but dropping with a basic loadout would be a very close second best if it becomes permanent
Im sad, I thought it would be 3v3 or TDM finally. With Crossplay now they queues can stand to take a dedicated TDM mode where we can just fight non-stop and take a break from the BR aspect. For me I just enjoy the gun mechanics in the game.
I think they should get rid of the P2020 and mozam, or make them actually viable. Why dilute the loot pool with stuff like that?
