Idk why people are so upset for no hutao banner in the livestream
Finally someone mentioned the ‘to be continued’ thing in the Chinese live stream. It definitely would be Hu Tao because no one else could cover that 2 weeks gap. The only thing you forgot to mention, which is the more important reason why Hu Tao is not mentioned in the live streams, is that Hu Tao is a death related character and mentioning death is a taboo during Chinese New Year. So she will be announced after Keqing’s banner, right before Chinese New Year ends.

I’m wondering if there is a third banner, what will we do during it? Usually we have events to hold us over until the next update but the events that were revealed are all related to lanternrite which is most likely gonna end in April. Hoping they give more events to give more primos.
I find the "3 banners of 1.3" to be most likely, like after the Keqing one they can release a video of Hu Tao saying "Gottcha!" then starts laughing hysterically!

I have Childe on TW server which I dont have on Asia
my TW acc is guaranteed the limited character, while my Asia acc is lucky got 3 Zhong and 1 Ganyu (no other 5* pull)

Just wanted to point out this event is going to be on the lunar new year and for Chinese people it's a taboo to talk about death, that's maybe why they didn't show her because she is the head of the wangsheng funeral parlor and I think her skill or burst is a ghost?(just guessing from her artwork) which is bad for them since they are a Chinese company. Also I don't think rosaria is coming anytime soon, dr baizhu or baizhao was revealed in the main story quest but we still don't have any info on him yet and yaoyao is gonna be wayyy farther than that, since we only have the voice lines of other characters that mentions her
Has Hu tao released in the beta server?
I seriously and loyally saving primogems and Intertwined Fate only for Hu Tao and Ayaka. Heck, I even skipped Zhong Li and Ganyu because of that. I convinced myself to get Keqing after the news about Hu Tao being delayed but after watching this, my resolve is crumbled once again.

I think there main reason is that they don't want to release something related to funeral in the Chinese New Year Festival. After Lantern Rite event and Chinese New Year is celebrated they will then announce HuTao maybe. There can't be any other reason as Xiao is so much hyped since Closed Beta 2 that the sales would have definitely gone up for him no matter whosoever was on the other banner. As for me I am definitely gonna pull for Xiao and will try if I can get Hu Tao or "Who Tao"😂.
