I was thinking for a tactical or ult he has a scan that would show targeted enemies’ charge time on abilities and he can choose one to disable for 10 seconds
I think his passive should be
Interrogation: when you do a finisher on a opponent you and your team gets a brief ping of the location and health of the opponent living teammates

i like the first 2 but his ult should be boxing gloves that take all of your health or sheild if you hit them it would hit in the range of the normal punch or a little bit farther

His melee should do a mini stun like maggie ult as passive.
I think his passive should be something I call -vengeful detective:
When a teammate is downed, the perpetrator(s) are marked (3-5seconds) in a similar manner to Maggie’s passive. The main difference being it can mark anyone that has dealt damage to your teammate before they are downed (resets on heal). Meaning if 3 people tagged your teammate then a rando down’s them, all of the responsible parties are marked.
His ultimate could be something called Outland’s Finest:
Put down some armor that, when collected, grants a small damage reduction to health that wears off after 25 seconds.
Tactical Ability could be Homecrasher:
Rush forward up to 3 meters with a shoulder charge, destroying doors, knocking back and stunning enemies you come into contact with, as well as dealing 25 damage. Depending on how effective it would be in actual application I would maybe give him a defense buff or small barrier on his shoulder that allows him to negate some of the damage until the ability animation is over.

Cameras are a bit too close to Cypto's drone, running similar to Bangalore & Octane, his ultimate his just a slightly more efficient than Seer's, i don't if he will played a lot :/

If he punches for 35 instead of 40 like everyone else, he could ko with 3 instead of 4 punches. That’s a better passive then running
passive is a no no 15% too big like I'd give up on octane when I can just have a passive speed
ult is nono too we can't break the ult nor stop it from tracking us its like seer but his ult just gets broken at least tactical is decent good idea.its like seer and octane seer ult combined its too op

passive would be dumb broken. he would always be ahead of his team, aping fights and dying before his team is even there, we get enough of that with octane. also doesnt fit with his other two abilities.
There isn't a passive ability anything to do with when your downed yet, maybe the ability to throw a single knife, crawl faster or maybe jump?
