  1. EA and Respawn are really anti gamer right now. They had and still have bugs and server problems, which can happen but they should have adressed and fixed it by now. This event could have been the moment to say "hey guys we messed up lately, we're sorry, but look we made this especially cool and you get this and that as an apology", I guess most people would be satisfied with that.
    But seriously, look at the first halloween event, it looked so much better. It really felt like everyone at respawn was hyped about doing it, the event nowfeels like a quick way to get some money. Sure the skins are cool but having 40 items, 10 of them (or someting) being those cool skins and the rest are quips, trackers and other stuff no one cares about is just lame. I mean if you finish your event challenges you'll get 25 crafting materials …… like … what?! That feels more like a middlefinger to me for being an idiot that I even try to finish those challenges. Oh and 2 of my daily challneges today were related to the shadow royale mode, do they even know what they put out or what the heck is happening at respawn rn?!
    Man I love this game so much, but it really feels like the focus of EA/Respawn switched from making a cool game to making money with some game. I totally get the anger and frustration, this event isn't fun at all.

  7. "this is a heirloom event without a heirloom" is the perfect explanation. Don't even spend on these events when they is a super rare reward at the end of it, so why would I try to get all these items, most of which I don't even like.

  11. I’ve played Apex almost every day for 2,5 years spent almost 3,5k hours and a lot of money in this game and went through everything good, great, bad and even the nightmares of the past.

    After the last 3 seasons I really didn’t expect very much from this years Halloween Event but after the update dropped, I was really, really upset with what they did this time.

    There is no Halloween themed stuff besides the skins and I think the so called "Thematic Event" is absolutely terrible and a huge scam you spend whatever amount of money or crafting metals to get some mediocre epic and blue stuff and especially the returning Halloween skins in the NOW 20$ bundles that costed most players 60$ in 2020 are nothing more than a joke.

    I played some games with friends and it was just not great, lagging like I’m using satellite wifi from some random island and many, many no-regs. (We don’t talk about the matchmaking experience…)

    I really loved Apex Legends when I first started and never lost the hope for better times but now after 2,5 years I really can’t stand it anymore. I went on and deleted Apex 2 hours after the event dropped and will not return in the near future.

  16. They should make it so that when you look at weapons skins you can see down the iron sights I mean how nice would that be cause I think we can all agree iron sights can make a difference in gun fights
