This are not Halloween skins, it’s a little offensive for Mexicans to actually people confuse both days (Halloween and day of the death) mainly cause they represent and mean totally different things.
These skins aren't for halloween, but for the Day of the Dead! It is a Mexican celebration, and is not the same as Halloween. You should probably change the title as it's incorrect..
