No weird links clicked, no third party used, got one of my accounts hacked more than 2 weeks ago, finally got an answer from Mihoyo today after emailing them day 1 of the hack and then sending a feedback last weekend. They responsed via feedback first. So whoever has their accounts hacked, try the feedback option, they seem to prioritize though over emails for some reason. Still in the process of getting my account back though, not F2PBTW, so proving the account is mine shouldn't be out of reach. Anyways best of luck to all other travellers whom this has happened to!

  17. That is what makes co-op a bit of a pain.. We all join to do the highest tier Domain and there is always some dude instead of clicking ready, flexes through his 5 star roster while we wait there with our 4 star character… if the bugger is gonna eventually carry us we would be happy, but these are the buggers that more often than not die mid-way through the Domain… So frustrating

  26. I got punished wrongly and reported to support many times. It's been 3 weeks and they keep letting my ticket expire each time. And then I did email and they basically ignored the response I gave them from Google that proves I did not issue a refund on gems. Mihoyo is absolutely still punishing innocent players.

  31. Look 95% of people that get hacked aren't even getting hack its normally by there own doing, ie doing dumb things like have your name an password the same I can't tell you how many idiots do this.
    People looking to cheat/use hacks/trying to buy 3rd party gems an so own.

    Just play the game an don't share info with shady sites or people that make promises of easy gems.

    Only easy gems are the ones that genshin impact gives out.

  34. Omg when this hacking pent up issues will be resolved? First of all there's no "hacking" involved. It's called social engineering. They pretend to be you and try to get password reset for your account by mailing to Mihoyo. Mihoyo thinking it's you who forget their password, easily provides the password after asking simple questions like "What's your character level, what's your mc level? When did you last played?" That's why Mihoyo is asking to link your accounts to your email so that if you legit lose your account you can mail them from that email and they'll be sure it's you. I don't understand why the hell is this being blown out of proportion.
