If we are seeing Viktor indirect nerfs then do we get Viktor direct buffs or do I have to bench the poor guy again?
So, we just came back to S11 meta :
Crown nerf, so midlane will be full ad/assassin (+Cosmic nerf)
Shroud and glacial, so botlane will be passive enchanter again
Shroud and Gauntlet, so tanks will disappear again
As always, ADC stays at "irrelevant" state ^^

This is exactly what lethal tempo needs. Better late than never. The attack speed needs to scale. Though if they are gonna make it a scaling rune then it needs to be buffed for adc(idk about toplane) so that the max attack speed is something more than 30%

All they need to do with Crown is raise the price, its way too cheap right now.
So riot actually doing something about Kled and the LT trick his doing that’s actually breaking him with the game. Bloody champ remounting 2-3 times in team fights that last 10-15 seconds.
Great lethal tempo nerfs now just a nerf to immortal cuckbow for melle champions and a yone nerf and maybe yone will finally be balanced
For one patch, mages actually felt usefull in solo q. Cosmic drive and crown are really balanced rn but ofc riot is ruining them becuase some mages have a good winrate. Riot are so disgusting meanwhile camille is almost untouched for a whole year.

What’s the difference between adjustment and nerf in regards to lethal tempo?
The problem with Camille is not sustain or that she is both tanky and deals high damage AND has high mobility. It is that she has Chogath ulti on 6 seconds cooldown.
Oh aye cause conqueror needed buffed because of lethal tempo? why not just nerf lethal tempo? its strong so just nerf it. They spend far too much on buff and not enough nerfs.
Really nervous for the Kled changes as a Kled main. If they get rid of the Skaarl bonus health scaling, he loses 3 of his most viable items, so he'll need a pretty huge compensation buffs in order to stay in any way viable, which I kinda doubt they'll do.
