Oh the buff list is nice 🙂 but it is lacking some Gragas.
And I am pretty surprised that Ahri is not on the nerf list. But then again she might be on the next one.

"Someone on the dev team had a bad encounter with a Janna top", ye ok the 56% winrate even at high elo had nothing to do with it.
Imo Viktor would deserve a nerf as well. He is very dominant in mid lane, is basically always getting the push after his E upgrade and deals an insane amount of damage. Would have liked to see a nerf to his waveclea e.g. less damage from his ultimate vs minions or higher E cooldown
