This is the same thing that happened in 2013 with the Xbox One. Microsoft was hyping up the Xbox One, saying that the Xbox One has 32MB of super fast ESRAM. Guess What? The Xbox One turned out to be slower than the PS4 and the die hard Xbox 360 fans who believed the hype and brought a Xbox One in 2013 just for that "ESRAM power" got shit faced. The lesson: Don't believe the hype, don't by into a console brand just because of its hardware capabilities. Buy a console that best suits your needs.
It's good that London studio will be making AAA game, but hope it doesn't turn out like Days Gone. Something interesting, unique needs to be done. I really hope they don't end up making some generic games and includes all the generic troups that already exists in games.

The gap in performance between the Xbox and PS5 is being overhyped. Whether it's TFLOPS or SSD, both systems are very comparable. I'm sure issues will be ironed out. Devs will aim for parity on both consoles going forward.

Growing their Western studios. Still kinda bums me that Japan Studio is now basically ASOBI and Polyphony. They could still have 2nd party agreements with Bokeh Game Studio and genDesign but yeah, the games from SCEAJ were creative.

I don’t regret selling my ps5 for a switch with 4 games pro controller I got bored of the ps5 the graphics were eh demon souls is a must even tho it’s jus a remake and ghost of Tsushima is amazing on ps5 but I’ll still stick with series x and switch I’m getting a pc next month so I’ll use that for ps games lol

As great as hearing that Sony is investing in another AAA title with a good studio, it could be 4 or 5 years before we even know what they’re working on. So don’t get too hyped right now.
I still can't find a PS5 that hasn't been scalped by an amoeba-brained scum eating sub-human scalper, but I am determined to find one at MSRP, even if it takes until Christmas this year or next year. I just hope I can buy one before the PS6 is announced. The ideal situation is for me to be able to buy a PS5 and an Xbox Series X, time will tell, I guess.

I'm not paying for GTA 5 again. I've already purchased it on Xbox 360 & Xbox One. I've also purchased a minimum of £200 on microtransactions online. This next gen version should be free. If this was Vice City or San San Andreas remaster then i'll buy it without question.

Team 1 – AAA game
Team 2 – co-up / muti-player update for AAA game
Team 3 -VR spin off of the AAA game.

I love Sony's AAA games but I'm hoping their new business model doesn't exclude AA and A game development. Great games don't HAVE to be AAA.
I'd like to see more first person games. The market is flooded with 3rd person games.
People just need to stop bashing the other consoles, enjoy what you have and be happy. Both consoles have their own advantages. PS5 has awesome exclusives, and Series X has the best gaming subscription. Game Pass added Madden 21, Dirt 5, and much more. There are times I wish I still had my Series X so I could save money and not have to buy the games Playstation charges money for and Game Pass offers the same ones free with Game Pass.. just enjoy what you have and leave all the fan boy stuff for the little kids..

You know it's pretty bad for Xbox when a brand new game "Outriders" will need a patch on launch for it to run properly on Xbox consoles. Meanwhile there's no such patch slated to be needed for PS 🤷🏽♂️
