In the xerath video before 15/0/0 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yxh6nZ6M4Mg&t=180s ) you did with comet 1233 dmg, being a 20 min game:) For the comparation sake :D.
In the hextech video, 24/2/16 you did with dark harvest 5500 damage, but it was a 40 min game
Here you did 2915 damage 23/1/8 and also being a 31 min game.
+ the extra gold…
So :-?? take the conclusion yourself :)) but i find it more OP this rune than dark harvest or comet…
The only difference is the longer the game goes.
Comet is good for early game.
Dark harvest, it's late game OP.
This rune goes well on games around 25-30 min, as a mid game rune.

I've been playing a lot of Xerath lately.

What about Karthus R? If none of the enemy team was in combat would you be banking every R?
Maybe try Gold farming Darius. First strike + bleed
How can he use the new stuff but I cant see it?

You should try galio with first strike +10%/Evenshroud(support mythic) +12%/horizon focus +10%/Abyssal Mask +15% increased damage. For a total of 42% increased damage. Galio is best for this build considering he does well with both AP and tank stats
