Ill give reaspawn an idea so it wont take then a whole 2 seasons to fix her. Here is is , Sheila should have an eject button that flings her in the air so she can fly away and get a better position. It fits her kit because she always looks for good position to put her shields down or even run away. Just like octane does or bloodhound does

Loba bracelet is the weakest of all the tactical: the distance it can cover it’s not that much and it’s too slow, TOO SLOW FFS
so much wasted time between the throw and the landing and when you finally teleport you have that 1.5 second of vulnerability that makes it the useless tactical
dude as loba stands right now it feels like her ult is both the tactical and the ult….
Like I wish I was kidding but I have found more use, placing the ult down and using it as a really weak shield than I have attempting to use the bracelet in a fight
Ill be in a fire fight and Ill use the ult to block a door or to use as a shield or to evo swap or to grab ammo/gernades
were as if I was inconveniently out side of the circle… thats when I use lobas 30 second long teleport that works 40% of the time
Rampart doesn't need another buff, she's fine the way she is. I'm willing to bet that if the devs buff Rampart, her use rate will increase and the devs will then nerf her, making her worse than she is now.
respawn be so dumb like dawg just make loba throw her bracelet faster and land faster without that dumb automation and let ramparts walls load faster and take more damage so they can’t fully shoot them down and be able to 360 on her turrent like damn it ain’t hard a stronger legend is better than a weak one
As a rampart main im happy Hopefully her shit has more hp or something im tired of trios pushing me and spraying my walls without wasting too much ammo
