Been playing and watching a bunch of Senna since the buffs, let's break down some tips for 12.2:
Some Builds:
THE CLAWING MIST
Grasp*/Font of Life/Second Wind/Revitalize
Divine Sunderer > Black Cleaver
Generally taken if your team doesn't have frontline or peel, and you'll have to be in the thick of things.
EVERYTHING ELSE
Literally everything else on Senna can be mix and match, you can play any keystone with any mythic. Hell, you can even use Sunderer with these runes.
Keystones:
Dark Harvest, Fleet Footwork*, Press the Attack*`, and First Strike
Secondary Runes:
Presence of Mind, Legend: Alacrity, Cheap Shot, Ingenious Hunter**, Ultimate Hunter, Celerity, Font of Life`, Revitalize, Magical Footwear, Approach Velocity
Mythics:
Divine Sunderer, Eclipse, Kraken Slayer, Immortal Shieldbow°, Galeforce, Frostfire`, Imperial Mandate`
Legendary Items:
Rapid-fire Cannon, Guinsoo's, Infinity Edge^, Manamune, Umbral Glaive`, Collector, Black Cleaver, Watchful Wardstone`, Mortal Reminder, Blood Thirster°, Lord Dom's, Guardian Angel
* Specially-coded to proc on Senna's Q
** Only if you have items that can really benefit from it
^ Generally less preferable than Guinsoo's, given that Senna's passive gives bonus on-hit damage, and Q applies on-hit effects but does not crit
` Usually only for Support Senna
° Lifesteal is sleeper OP on Senna, because your Q applies Lifesteal at 100% effectiveness, and you gain 100% Lifesteal healing from collecting dropped souls
