  1. Teemo's issue was never his blind being weak, it's that his counter matchups don't care about his blind and outmaneuver him with dashes or extreme speed. He's a champ from a decade ago trying to play in 2021. Not that this buff won't help him, but it's not suddenly going to make him some pick-or-ban menance.

  2. QOTD: if anyone doesn't realize how long 3 seconds is for a debuff, teemo's blindness will last the same amount of time as morgana's root. anathema's and sufficient haste and teemo could remove the opposing adc from the game completely.

  3. This is the best patch of the season since the jungle changes.

    With the ammount of sustain there is in the jungle, short trades and poke damage are worthless and nobody falls in kill range during clears. All fights are extended trades and with everyone being healthy people won't die to a single rotation. As such, conqueror is always the optimal choice for any champion who can use it remotely well. At max stacks it gives more AD than a vamp scepter and almost as much omnivamp as its lifesteal at level 3. With two level 3 junglers getting into a fight, its like the conqueror jungler starts the game with a vamp scepter (3 kills) and the other with nothing (jungle item gives no stats against the champion). That's so much value supposedly weak early game champions such as Kayn can turn the matchup against an early game jungler that can't run it into a coinflip. If you're playing an early game champion that can't run conqueror, how are you supposed to beat the champion that outscales you if you can't even consistently beat him 1v1 in the early game?

    Conqueror makes the jungle far too safe for scaling picks and now that the fall off time is shorter, waiting for conqueror to fall off as you wait for cooldowns is at least more realistic.

    Love the Teemo changes by the way. Those lifesteal bruisers can't heal 400 health per auto attack if they all miss.

  4. QOTD: Someone at Riot picked Teemo into Quinn and lost their silver promo.

    Seriously, 3s blind on a 7s cd… Teemo goes Liandry most of the time anyway which means easy CDR… With Conqueror nerfs you may even drop the stacks when he blinds you…

    It kinda feels like QSS tax to remove the blind and then delete him in the following 5-6s.

    Teemo has slightly above 50% wr, there was no need to buff him.

    I guess there will be a even more Teemo bans…

  5. If you were going to buff teemo you would buff his w or his base movement speed. Make it so him being ganked isn't do you have flash? Nope dead. I'm a teemo main it is a weird thing to buff. It doesn't really increase his trading it increases his sustain against ad champs and increases his reliance on mana. Weird choice to buff and they nerfed everyone who was good against teemo in the top lane aswell with the item nerfs.

  6. Ok ok so they nerve Quint cause a riot employee lost to her and Buff teemo while removeing all chat and buffing jinx and Sion. In Short riot has Gottes even more MAD. Welcome to this is madness cause this is spart.

  7. QOTD changes seem huge, but Teemo is still gonna have trouble reaching his target and if he does its the same as before as he'll kill them. It'll be good if the ADC is the big carry but this doesn't happen too often nowadays. The big thing is more the missile speed than the Q buffs

  8. Crazy how riot nerfa Champs based on there own inability to play the game. Kinda proves the point that all these new Champs that come out with overloaded kits are to compensate for the riot devs inability to play the game.
