  1. After playing Eula C0, here is my opinion about her. She is quite good dps but not broken, easily to build, working well with another character and underrated character (xinyan, lisa,…), craft weapon or 4* weapon are fine for her and easily understand her combo skills. Overall, she is good starter for newbie (if you dont have razor), but in later game, mostly a monster in game are physical res, so she's hardly to shine to compare with dps element Character. Not a meta character, but she still worthy to get. 7.5/10. That all

  2. Shes aint got very high damage bc shes balanced between offensive and defensive capabilities. This is arguably worse than some other more dps focused characters bc technically you dont need defense at all but its a rpg game we must have those kinds of characters.
    Also i just found out that dmg taken by shields is reduced by your characters DEF( basically DEF kind of works like shield strenght) so shes a better shield user than all dps characters except C6Noelle.
