I would either choose 2 initiators, skye and sova, or 2 sentinels, sage and killjoy or cypher in a comp.

My opinion:
Nerf Jett, maybe put a timer to blade storm like Reyna has in her empress. I would love to see the dash nerfed because a Jett can use all his money on a gun and still pop off because the dash is powerful and free, but I don't see how they could nerf it.
Skye should go back to the role of info-gathering flashes I think, but I don't know how they would do that ngl. Her pop flashes are insane.
To balance Sova and Skye, they need to make Breach and Kay/O better to some extent, but either way this is tricky since Sova plays almost a different role.
Omen and Brimstone need a buff. Maybe make Omen smokes faster and make the TP's work better (since they're a little buggy), and maybe make the Stim Beacon make you reload and pullout the gun faster like Reyna ult.
Yoru needs his steps to fool info-gathering abilities, like the recon bolt, Spycamera, Skye Flashes, etc. And maaaaaaybe reduce the sound of the gatecrash and the ult.
The rest, I think, are fine. They are a little bit of things you could do, but they are pretty balanced.
yoru is 0% but in icebox that man is beast
Make Phoenix wall like viper wall where maybe when you push through the wall or touch molly you get 25 health taken away permanently called like burned or something

Also be careful with asking for reworks. Buffs/Nerfs are far less detrimental to the game than reworks. It's always a last solution because it alienates the playerbase who already has invested time on a character. For example, why rework Yoru when they can directly adress the problems he has. He's too loud. Fix that first. See if it works, is he OP now? Tone it down a bit. Then you start thinking about reworks.

Gotta break it to you that tier list doesn't matter. By anyone of you disagreeing with it not change anything. Cuz you have to play the agent which you are comfortable with even if it's the low tier. Think of it like this:
A agent is S tier but you don't even know how and where to use it and that agent dosen't even suit your playing style.
So if you choose to main the low ranked character then go for it. Master the character.
It's just like it's not the gun but the man behind the gun who controls it

to answer your question about pheonix, I dont think he needs a buff hes pretty well balanced as is but if i were to buff hime, id simply slightly alter the way his alt works so you can chose to tp back to your start position or stay where you are by pressing your ult button again at the end of your ult (pressig again will tp back to start)

I don't think Jett needs a nerf. She is very good but the average Joe can't just pick her up and dominate. She's pretty hard to master.

Imagine VS being a bad team. I totally disagree with only bad team picking breach. He needs very good sync with team to max his play style, so only team with fixed strategies pick him. The pick percentage doesn't say it all. Same with cypher, dapr shits on enemy team with that agent and is more skill based rather than putting a turret(pew pew pew… 😂).

Phoenix is actually really balanced its just other agents who are better than him . Skey is a similar agent to phoenix but does everything way better .
I love yoru but I stopped playing him. At this point in time everyone knows his tricks and his audio ques. He’s extremely easy to counter. I love the guy but he takes way too much effect to play affectively

Breach just needs something like a sound cue from one of his abilities to detect presence. It'll make him so much better for sure

I love seeing skye up there but I'm afraid a nerf is coming for her, which sucks cause I have been maining her for like 6 months
y is sage still in the game, as a sage main it hurts tbh like u wall an entry the wall gets broken instantly, and they even made tht sova and brim ult break her wall like when we wall and defuse brim or sova has ult then rip…cmon rito make wall 300 and cant even buy other pistol in pistol rounds if u r gna buy wall and if u buy u can only buy shield or slow orbs.
KO is not built perfectly all other agent's abilities and tools match twith them and their nature, like chemicals of viper, bots of KJ, flames on phoenix but on KO the job of his knife is fine but which robot uses a knife his ult suits him but has lesser value its gies the enemy free info about his posission and at most times there will not be space for a manual reset his abilities dont have sink with each other all others can combine their abilities for themselves and for their team [ soa can drone or recon and ult , raze can blast pack ult ,vipers line ups , reyna can lear if she gets a kill can dismiss away] , KO abilities dont work mutually i think this is the problem with brim too other than his ult and molly combo in post plant. thats why they are not getting enough value

Breach is the only iniciator who doesn't provide information for his teammates. I really believe that if they changed his abilities to provide a little bit of information, that would be really great. Imagine if his signature ability could ping enemies, for example? What do you guys about this?
