  6. I've personally witnessed one of these on a reaver gun. Multiple people in the lobby couldn't see it but some could too. It's a bug, there was a clip of it on knives too during the early test period of the update.

I just realized after watching the ruination skinline vid and going back here, maybe this is the "in-game teaser" for the new skinline (kinda like the yoru fake foot steps and astra's stars before they got launched), since the blue green glow on the guns looks the same color as the ruination glow. It's like enveloping the guns XD

    One more thing, about 2 days ago I watched keeoh's kay/0 speed run and his duo's knife suddenly became like the ruined thingy XD but I guess everyone may already have thought of this XD

    Edit: I'm referring about the "bug skin" I think it's not a bug but an easter egg or something XD

  34. I don't think this is a glitch nor bug, personally I think it's a feature which it works like an Easter Egg or a upcoming lore that lead to the next Act.

    I've tested alot to see how it work, apparently there's a 1/3 chance you get this skin when a teammate revive Kay/o and that teammate's gun will be changed into the buggy looking skin. Not everyone can see the skin though, a random person will be chosen randomly to see the skin. Furthermore, this feature works on every gun skins.

    ^ Take it with a grain of salt, 'cause it's my thoery that I came into conclusion with my other 4 friends. The gun looks like Riot actually put effort into than just a bug/glitch. Nor accidentally, 'cause it has been 2 weeks since this feature have been discovered and Riot still haven't do anything about it, yet it's the first time we have seen such thing happens.
