  2. This is my take on this Patrick Ewing situation first of all he could have done that in house go see Dolan the min shit go right for the Knicks we get buried by our own secondly these are different times right now we are in a pandemic these security guards are just doing there job if they don't maybe they lose there job in a time where unemployment is at a all time high so yea they wrong but Pat didn't have to do it that way especially when the Knicks are trying to change the culture

  3. i believe Thibs should have sent a message to the Team by benching Randle the final 37.7 sec in the 1st half when Julius was pressing. that would have made him settle down and refocus.

  4. Giannis showed what a franchise player looks like. He showed the the Knicks that when you build a team around a player, he needs to be a difference maker who can impose his will on the outcome of a game. Randle threw the excuse that “he always start the 2nd parts of season slowly” wtf nah bruh! I’m one of the few ppl saying out load that we can’t build around Randle. Not because he’s not a decent player, but because he’s not suited to be the best player on the team. He just happens to be the best on the Knicks, which we shouldn’t settle for. He shrunk against the Freak, and the Freak took it to him…once the season plays out, I’m just hoping that management sees the light, and move in the direction of securing players that you can build WITH RJ, IQ, Obi and maybe Mitch.

  5. The way randle was passing the ball to the bucks I thought he played for them lol. How we respond to these first couple of games after the all star break will let us know if we’re a playoff team or back in the lottery.

  6. We need to lock to the draft for a PG. both Baylor PGs are 3&D and very good passers. I love both of their games. ESP butler. Dudes a stud. Steal of the draft ! Thibs would have his new butler and he would make him a monster !

  7. We gotta try and get a deal done for Lonzo Ball. Knox, Ntilikina and 2021 2nd rd pick would get it done. The monies match. You could move on from Peyton and Rivers. Keep D.Rose for the time being till ball gets better acclimated, then move him in as a starter. I’d also try and find away to turn Bullock or Burkes into Taurean Prince for the stretch run or the season. Good shooter, good defender, good size and more aggressive going to the basket…

  8. 🤬 Randle!!! I’m listening to this podcast the day after the game and getting sick of y’all thinking Randle is the long term answer because he made his 1st damn all star game! I’m a true Knick fan, but I’m a realist and think logically. Giannis is the outlier when it comes to a superstar player, they just don’t come around often. But he showed you that some players are made for the heavy lifting, and others need help to lift a team. It’s not just the #’s you can put up, it’s about snatching your heart out when needed. Like when The Freak ripped Randle cleanly at half court and went in for the dunk. He knew what he was doing when he did it. That’s letting JR know that they’re on diff levels!

  9. There's no shame in losing to the Bucks and the two-time MVP, but the way the Knicks lost was disheartening. This is only the first game coming out of the All-Star break though, a notorious momentum killer for young players. New York should be able to turn it around in the next stretch of their schedule.

  10. My only issue with the Ewing thing is he didnt have to include that drama in the press conference. He could've handled internally. All that does is bring the haters BACK out from the closet and continue to give FAs a reason to NOT come to NYK and go across the water to BK. Not cool.

  11. I wasn't there so that being said, don't take it so personal Pat. This could be a New Security staff and needs to go through a MSG history lesson, Once that's done they can start their first tour of duty at MSG. If it was me at the door I would have let you in but would also explain the Security protocols (CYA). When you are posted at any entrance, Your Job is to ask for credentials. If you get caught not asking for Credentials at the door you can get fired. This will happen again to other players because of the high turnover when it comes to the security profession. This is my personal Experience working Security. It's a thankless low paying job

  12. Ashley you re a breath of fresh air and I respect your thoughts on the show. I think Thibs does talk to his Staff. I believe in the whole staff. If Leon sees Thibs is not right he will fire him. That's not what we need right now. We dont play Chess we play 3D Chess.
