TONS of stuff to unpack here! First, we'll go over and analyze the new Stories from the Outlands cinematic, revealing Mad Maggie. BUT THEN, at the end, the official EA website has updated to show some details of what's to come in Season 12!!
Is there a reason why she looks REALLY similar to Bangalore or is it just coincidence?
Aparently it's a breach charge. You put it on doors and it'll disable all traps inside and give players in the room a concussion. Finally a way to counter caustic door blocking traps.
But I don't know re spawn like to leak info and then change it.
Passive: Shotgun kick (fires a shotgun attached to her leg when you melee, requires ammo)
Tactical: Flash bang grenade
Ultimate: Breach charge
But what's that whip thing? Maybe her "heirloom" later on?

I hated her and every way when she was in fuses season. This almost makes me not want to play next season because I know she will continue to be loud and annoying all over again.

So Maggie is forced to join the games, huh? Fuse and Maggie get to make amends with each other, that's cool. Also, the legends aren't exactly high security prisoners, loba destroyed a map, almost killed the simulacrum project. Crypto been hacking up a storm. Maggie is probably gonna be able to use the games to continue her work. So I can't figure out why in hell the syndicate would be so stupid as to use this half measure, thought they were cold-blooded. The only thing I can think is that it is all Silva's plan, that he somehow convinced the syndicate that the games are a punishment worse than death. All the while he's been building himself a little army of super soldiers for later.

i so wish i wasn't spoiled of many of the things for season 12 beforehand. hate it how hard it is to avoid getting spoiled ahead of seasons nowadays. :((
It's not a shield or a whip. It's a bomb or breach of some sort. You pull the whip-like mechanism out of the circular breach charge to arm it. Sort of like a Beyblade. How it's used after that I'm not sure.

I actually appreciate that you seemed at least a little familiar with the lore, with the little ramble in the intro. It's always frustrating watching reactions where the person just doesn't understand what's going on and states a lot of wrong facts, lmao (everyone with the Fuse trailer). I know expecting someone to know all the lore is a little bit much, but just knowing a little bit (like who Octane's dad is) is refreshing.
Like, Octane's dad has appeared in their Twitter comics (ik not everyone follows Twitter), and is referred to several times in the video as Mr. Silva, and yet a lot of people were acting like they didn't know who he was. Like, you don't gotta know a lot of the lore to just know Octane's name, lol.
