I'm pretty surprised that the XOneX can't run this at a constant 4K/60…..the remaster is literally the PC version on ultra with a few extra minor changes. I'd understand this more from the original XOne and PS4 for the many obvious reasons but yeah I'm a bit shocked for a 2010 game. It is what it is though. Optimization I guess.

The racer event “Title Fight” has very noticeable frame drops near the ocean in the later turns. Otherwise I haven’t really seen any problems. FYI: I also have the game on PS5 and it’s “maximum” setting seems to be using lower settings than the Series X version, but because of that I didn’t notice any frame rate drops.
