Run ADC Vlad, why not limit test to the fullest
Also, I would try running full cdr. If you get the overdrive thingy, just spamming abilities non stop. Perma W and perma E. I have tried it a little bit, didnt get far but was definitely amazing xD. Would recommend a red buff though.

So how long do you think if they let vlad farm to become unstoppable?; farthermore when vlad got screwed up in the first before 20mins? Is it easy to bring them back?
