Too much work for voice filter. Small indie company, as intended
Lillia is my favorite champion and I do find this skin reaaaaaally cool! I wish she had a different voice tho…the original one is lovely but for a thematic such as this she needed something different

The voice maybe didn't got filtered but if you think about it her Splash looks psycho so maybe she just seems to be nice…. you know what I mean? That just makes the skin better
