The base looks really nice! I also think the fact that some of the paths were not planned before hand and had to be somewhat improvised makes it look better. It seems more real like this if not everything is aligned perfectly.

You need like a warehouse/storage where you keep all the chests. And then you organize the chests by what the item is. And you put the crafting table/forge/smelter inside it. Looks amazing though. A boat house would also be cool.
