  1. While i love the concept of the game and i tried to get into it I can't bypass the fact that the game looks simply too colorful (lots of pink/violet, bright greens colors etc) and i think aliens design is a bit lackluster. I would love if the game looked like X4 or Eve Online, that would be the blast.

  2. Many people praise their work on NMS after release, and I can't argue their dedication to it is impressive. However, I feel that there was very little done to make the game actually fun to play for any decent amount of time (in my opinion) which is a shame because there was so many cool things about it, but all very shallow in execution or retention, or even just flat out monotonous to play. From my perspective, it started with a very boring foundation that has since been expanded on almost purely upward and not outward.

  3. I loved this game. When the power grid was introduced, it killed it for me. Can't get them to work. Very nice base I had has gone dark. The only change I didn't like😔
I was a day 1 player and never bashed… Loved it at launch, so this has been a huge bonus with all the content. Good job hello games.

  4. No Man's Sky is currently on 50% sale on Steam up to June 8 and there is a big chance that I am getting this for my son despite him being very much hooked on Don't Starve Together and Oxygen Not Included. My only concern is that he seldom plays Deep Rock Galactic and that game pretty much has a lot in common with No Man's Sky.

  5. Rain is kinda lame, IMHO. We need planets with real random natural threats, like tornadoes, HEAVY rains like monsoons and whatnot. Or openly hostile planets, like covered In magma or with dense forests filled with predators… Like, there's a planet with a very valuable reward, but you have to earn it by exploring a potentially lethal environment. It would be interesting.

  6. Interesting. So the new update ssr still works on the Xbox one x. But not the ps 4 pro. So why u buying a PlayStation when clearly the Xbox one x and the Xbox series x are stronger better consoles? Normally u want the best not the 2nd place. Hmm

  7. All I want to be added to this game is some real first person shooting… something Destiny-style… the game has all the features (like jetpack and weapon modifiers) to make it happen. Please, Hello Games, add some real villains. Like an alien race that is trying to take over the galaxy. Let the player free occupied planets and space stations. Let us destroy enemy bases to free a planet. Let us use tank-like vehicles and exobots, give us like 3 – 5 different enemy classes to shoot at… And as usual, any player not interested in this could just ignore all star systems marked as "occupied" on the star map. And then let us see on some statistic screen how much of the galaxy is currently occupied, and how much of it has been freed by the players.

  8. I feel like they need to advertise the DLSS feature more. Didn’t even mention it in the trailer that I saw, but it allows me to max out settings on my 2070 Super, and runs at a stable frame rate. Huge performance increase.
