There are a few reasons why of course.
1. I’ve got no goddamn idea what the context is for this song so I’ve got no real basis to start writing with. Which means I have to write with a lot more creativity which I’m reserving.
2. I’m in the middle of rewriting a few of my old one shots pre OLT, one of them being my longest ever piece of written media and I want to do it justice. (It’s a potentially good ending branch for the resurgence timeline)
3. I don’t wanna suffer through burn out, since it’s been a long time since I’ve had the motivation for writing and I don’t want to lose too soon
So yeah sorry guys.
I will however say what I liked about this extra!
Song was a bop, the sprites were clean, the lyrics are a welcome surprise. And rip the b-side icons you will be missed.
