TBH it seems a little small to be a casino, too big to be a home. I saw some concept art with this structure labeled "Club and Casino", so it probably is.
A casino DLC could offer quite a bit. There's generally some entertainment venue at a casino, so maybe a little more Kerry content. There could certainly be a heist mission. Maybe take your romance there for a date. Basic casino games as mini-games. Another pair of joytoys. An upscale destination to drive your fancy cars. Maybe another Nancy mission.
We can only hope.
Another random structure we can't interact with. That's so much of Cyberpunk 2077.. A serious disappointment.

Be nice if they develop it in to a fully functional golf course. But speaking of hidden things, has anyone found Night City University? I have been all over the area it should be, and I can't seem to find so much as a plaque.
AI cops and that you cant interact with shit made me stop playing the game. Not bugs.
I could see them making this a whole quest line area (maybe even it's own load zone, like inside some mega buildings are, you know where you ride up an elevator just to get to so that the rest of the map doesn't have to be paid attention to), kinda like some games have a area you can see into it, but there is only a few ways in or out of that zone (example: from Fallout 4: Diamond City, Goodneighbor, etc. places you have to load into not a place you can just walk into)
