My fifth massive note block build features Heartache and Fallen Down from UNDERTALE. These two songs play during and after fighting Toriel to exit the RUINS. This composition uses over 42,000 note blocks due to the addition of the simple percussion that is heard in the UNDERTALE OST version of Heartache.

The middle two rows feature the characteristic ostinato and eventually become harmony to the main melodic line. The raised rows to the immediate left and right of the middle rows feature the melody throughout. On the outside of the melodic lines is the driving bass line / sometimes ostinato. Finally, on the far outside rows on each side, the percussion is playing a simple rhythm and is most prominent at the beginning.
